You make my eyes happy and old patroller would seem somewhat appropriate for a linguistic conference?!? Hope the preparations are going okay.

I haven't contributed to the discussion post yet as today is Day 1 of after-the-holiday (sniff), and boringly necessary housework things have had to come first. But I shall get there and thank you for all things sporadic. Ditto to that as well. ;P

You now have me wondering how modern-day Lakewalkers get their sharing knives through airport security. ;) I suppose bone wouldn't set off the X-ray?

Preparations are nearly done, which is good, as my flight is tomorrow afternoon, heh.
