Winterfair fic posts

As busy as work has been over the last couple of months, I did actually manage to write a drabble and a short fic for the Winterfair exchange event at bujold_fic. And these may be short, but they were challenging for me! The first is a non-subtle comedy piece, and the second is about characters I hadn't ever thought I would write -- it even includes two or three paragraphs of action scene, if you can believe that. :)
