This was so bittersweet and lovely. I really like that there was no big dramtic event that made Remus realise that he loved her - that what she meant to him had kind of snuck up on him and yet had become so important to him at the same time.
And I love that he utterly failed to hide it from her, too! Poor guy. If only he had stuck around for Tonks' last comment, he would know running away wouldn't do him any good. :)
