I appreciate all your encouragement about the characters here. It was fun to write the twins, and even more fun to write clueless Remus and smug Sirius. ;)

Exactly -- in this ficverse, it just never enters Remus's mind at all that someone might fall for him. Especially someone who knows he's a werewolf. *sigh*
I can't help but think that when three teenagers managed to stay hidden for so long in DH, one of them was REALLY wanted, it must have been possible for Dumbledore to do something that made Sirius able to get out of there every once in a while. Maybe he did, only Harry never knew about it:) Harry obviously missed a lot of things;)
Harry did miss a lot! And I do hope for Sirius's sake that he found a way to get out sometimes... But you've put your finger on one of the many things I don't really understand from DH. The way Harry and company were blundering around, it's a miracle they weren't picked up months earlier than they were.
