I've been waiting to read this ALL day - it's been the best of bribes for making me plough through something I'd been putting off!
And it's the best of reads when I'm fuming at all those little humiliations Remus has to endure, even such a well-meaning one from Molly over the clothes, to finally reach the moment when he can say 'My Dora'. It's Tonks my heart bleeds for most, having to stay so strong and determined; here's a bride who can't show any nerves at all, for fear of giving entirely the wrong message to her partner. It really shouldn't be like this.
But then Thaddeus Johnson comes up trumps (loved the thumbs up moment for Professor Lupin), and I want to work in the Registry as it must be such fun with birth memos flying around and getting to use gold quills. As for Arthur and Molly, they really are the best of friends to R/T here: Arthur being so sensitive and Molly being so practical is exactly what's required.
Did I say how much I loved the 'My Dora' and that last embrace? It's a wonderful read to get there, and you should be very proud of this one.
